Shipping and returns

Dispatch

All orders at BelleLux are shipped via DHL. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number to follow your package.

- Shipping costs: for the Netherlands €3.95 and Belgium €6.95. Orders over €35 are shipped for free.

- Processing Time: Orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days unless otherwise noted. Please allow longer processing times during peak periods and holidays.

Return Policy

At BelleLux we want you to be completely satisfied. If that is not the case, you can return products within 30 days of receipt, as long as they are unused, undamaged and in their original packaging. Products that do not meet these conditions cannot be returned.

After receiving and checking your return, we aim to refund the amount via the original payment method within 7 to 14 days.
